Collection: Kishor

Kishor Winery is located in Kibutz Kishorit, a home for adults with special needs. In this community, the members are active contributors to life at the Winery. Kishor is led by Richard Davis, working in conjunction with Itay Lahat, Oenologist and Wine Expert. These men first planted grapevines in 2007 with their first harvest in 2010.

For such young vines, the grapes are extraordinary and are further aided by the particular terroir of the Western Galilee and its height above sea level. The cool Mediterranean breeze that shields the vineyards from the burning sun make perfect conditions for wine growing and this is reflected in the quality of the wine
