Collection: Itay Lahat

Since returning from working in some of the top wineries in Australia, Itay is one of Israel’s top Oenologists and viticulturist advising many of the wineries throughout Israel. He is also head of the ‘Cellar Master’ program at Tel-Hai Academic College, lecturer at Ben-Gurion University, Ramat Gan College and the “Soreq” school of wine. In his “spare time”, he has created his very own and very limited white and red wines which are of such quality that it has featured in the Wine Spectator, and has been praised by Jancis Robinson OBE and Adam Montefiore.
